Wow! Bianca Lambert has to be the hardest working Real Estate agent. I have had the luxury of purchasing a couple of homes in my lifetime. Also, watching my parents go thru the gruesome process of purchasing a home. Buying a home is alot of work. Choosing the right floor plans, colors and location can get old really quick. Bianca has work so hard on just my family and makes sure we get what we want in the process. Bianca doesn't rush and she never once complains if me and my wife changes are mind about having different pieces in the house. She alway has a positive attitude. Ms. Lambert has asked that I provide a letter describing my impression of her skill as a real estate agent based upon my recent purchase of a home in Hinesville. Over the years, I have worked with agents that did not seem competent and others with whom I have had a very satisfactory experience. There are qualities that distinguish superior real estate agents from the rest and I can say from my experience with Ms. Lambert that she is superior in her work. I knew within three minutes of meeting her that she had the qualities I appreciate. Upon meeting Ms. Lambert at her office, I immediately felt welcome and respected. She clearly defined her role and what service she could provide. She astutely determined what my real estate needs and interests were. She was able to discuss complex property and financial issues that I understand and also then, graciously simplified information that I needed to have simplified. She respectfully provided the information I needed and offered guidance in making decisions. She does this with appropriate concern, charm and good humor. I can say that Ms. Lambert is very good at understanding a client's personality and she seems very able to adjust her work to suit the client's style and needs. She was very timely and responsive to me in initiating the sales all the way through getting the sale finalize. Finally, I have a great respect for Ms. Lambert's knowledge of real estate in general and all the related legal and financial matters. I would like to take this opportunity to personally recommend Bianca Lambert as an excellent realtor, we came in town last may to check around, we met with her, she carefully listened to our needs, and showed us what we asked her , she had the mortgage broker in her office to meet with us , and prequalified us then had the builder also meet with us took us around …after the agreement between the builder and us we went back to Las Vegas . Just got the call....our house is SOLD and gone! What a relief! We had the best realtor and are blessed to call her our friend. She was our realtor when we bought it many years ago and we've stayed in touch all of these years and of course, I chose her again to help us sell it. We put all of our faith and trust into her and she didn't disappoint. The night before we were moving to Germany she came to say goodbye and found me a nervous wreck.
